Announcing Updated IP Address Ranges (No operational impact)

Zoom will add additional data centers in existing regions to the Zoom for Government routing network, starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. For network administrators with Zoom-specific proxy rules, please update your PAC files with the following site.

New data centers:
San Jose (United States) - rhv.zoomgov.com
Washington (United States) - bwi.zoomgov.com


Additionally, the following data centers are no longer in use and will be removed from Zoom resources starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice:

Removed data centers:
San Jose (United States) - sv.zoomgov.com
New Jersey (United States) - nj.zoomgov.com


The following new IPv6 subnet ranges will be deployed to the Zoom for Government Zoom Phone resources to support the new data centers, starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom for Government-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.
