Scheduled Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Update (5/2/2026) May 2, 2026 17:00-18:00 PDT

Update - As a reminder, approximately 30 days ahead of the upcoming enforcement, Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for Zoom Rooms (Windows, macOS, iPad, appliances, iOS and Android controllers) on May 2, 2026. All other clients and plugins will maintain the same version requirements as the February 2026 enforcement.

Scheduled - The next Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle policy enforcement, scheduled for May 2, 2026, will maintain the same version requirements as the February 2026 enforcement for all clients and plugins, except for Zoom Rooms. Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for Zoom Rooms (Windows, macOS, iPad, appliances, iOS and Android controllers), approximately 90 days from now on May 2, 2026.

Please update your Admin Portal with the new Germany toll number to ensure uninterrupted service on your account.

Scheduled meetings for 04/12/2026 and onward may need to be rescheduled so that the updated toll numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the additional toll numbers, participants dialing in from Germany will not be able to join using the decommissioned number.
